1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 77j7, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 77j7 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all players on the 77j7 platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other method.

These Terms should be read alongside the 77j7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 77j7. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the 77j7 platform, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

77j7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the 77j7 platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and play on 77j7, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77j7 does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on 77j7. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

3 Account Management

Your 77j7 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed and all transactions made. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 77j7 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from 77j7 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 77j7 support immediately at [email protected]. 77j7 will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. 77j7 may request copies of government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified will have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 77j7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 77j7 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. Deposit methods available to you may vary depending on your account status and location.

Deposits are credited to your 77j7 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In most cases this is immediate, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. 77j7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. 77j7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's name, 77j7 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 77j7 are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts. VIP members receive same-day priority processing. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the 77j7 support team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks. 77j7 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Your real money balance must have been wagered at least once since the last deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus must be forfeited before withdrawal.
• There must be no open investigations or disputes on your account.

77j7 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 77j7 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

77j7 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply to all 77j7 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements are 20x the bonus amount unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately. Real money funds are used first in all wagers.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• 77j7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If a player withdraws funds before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus and bonus winnings will be forfeited.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the 77j7 platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are not influenced by 77j7 or any third party. The results of all games are final once confirmed by the system.

Each game on 77j7 has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. 77j7 is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round will be voided and any stakes placed will be returned to the player's account. 77j7 will not honour payouts resulting from a technical error that produced an incorrect result. If you experience a technical issue during play, contact support immediately with the game name, time, and round ID if available.

Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played. Decisions made by live dealers are final. Any disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with 77j7 support within 24 hours of the game round in question.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77j7 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on 77j7.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using any software, script, or tool to automate gameplay or gain an advantage not available to other players.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a way that is not consistent with normal recreational play.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77j7 platform — including but not limited to the 77j7 logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and design — is the intellectual property of 77j7 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 77j7 content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77j7 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

77j7 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77j7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77j7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data

77j7 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

77j7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we determine that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77j7 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the 77j7 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15 Changes to Terms
